Sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with covered entities before services begin.
Report any suspected data breaches immediately in accordance with HIPAA.
We only share data with:
Trusted service providers (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Zoho, Mailchimp) as necessary.
Regulators or authorities, if legally required.
Your business partners, but only with your authorization.
You may request:
Access to the data we hold about you.
Corrections to your information.
Deletion of personal information, unless retention is required by law.
Healthcare clients have additional rights under HIPAA.
